Crysta grew up in Missoula, and started her healthcare career as a medical social worker. She was inspired to pursue nursing as a second career. When she is not at the Aesthetic Co you can still find her working as a registered nurse on an inpatient medical pediatric/ surgical unit.

Crysta has a sweet golden retriever, Lucy, and enjoys fishing, biking, hiking and exploring Montana on days off! Crysta was drawn to the Aesthetic nursing field to continue to help others by feeling and looking their best. Crysta is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and aging gracefully. Her favorite treatments include neuromodulators, cheek filler and Moxi! Crysta can't wait to meet you all and help you achieve your aesthetic goals!

Allie has been a licensed esthetician since 2021 with a love for facials and waxing. If she could recommend a facial treatment to anyone it would be our Diamond Glow facial, it leaves everyone's skin soft, dewy, and healthy!

She has lived in Missoula for the last 10 years and enjoys every aspect that this fun town has to offer. Allie loves getting outside with her husband Zack, twin baby girls and their dog Nala, you can usually see them around town running, biking, or waiting in line at Dairy Queen.

Paige was born and raised in Montana! She lives in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley with her husband and two busy kiddos, Maverick Hanes and Collins Kay! When Paige isn't busy working, she is chasing her kids around and spending every weekend boating at the lake! Seeley Lake is her favorite place to be in the summer!

Paige is sunscreen obsessed and has worn and loved our Colorescience brand that we carry for years. It's been her go to “makeup” that also has great protection. Her absolute favorite product is the Flex Face Shield!

Aubree is a new licensed esthetician in Missoula that has a love for doing eyelash extensions and any kind of waxing. She was born and raised in the Bitterroot Valley, spending most of her time as a little girl hanging around her mom’s salon. When Aubree isn’t busy taking clients or helping patients at the front desk, she is usually spending quality time with her friends and family, or doing research on eyelash extensions. She also loves being outdoors during camping season, hunting season, and summer!

Jordan was born and raised in Montana and has called Helena her home for the last 20 years. She couldn't be happier to help bring The Aesthetic Co. to Helena. She has been in the medical field almost 10 years now and became a registered nurse in 2018. Jordan was fortunate to get the opportunity to start off her nursing career right away in labor and delivery. Being a labor and delivery nurse has been an incredible experience for her, but once she entered her own postpartum journey she started looking into the aesthetic industry and couldn't stop wanting to learn more. There are many sides to aesthetics and she loves that it can be combined with everything she loves about nursing. Aesthetics is intriguing because it's constantly evolving, you form long-term bonds with your clients, it combines art and medicine, it allows for continual learning experiences, and helps build one's confidence by enhancing their inner beauty. Jordan has attended many hands-on trainings and virtual trainings as well. Trainings have included neuromodulators, dermal fillers, radiesse, sculptra, PRF, microneedling, BBL/Moxi, & B12 injections. Jordan is excited to continue to learn and grow in this industry.

When not helping laboring moms, snuggling newborns or enhancing one's inner beauty she enjoys spending time with her husband (Connor), being a boy mom to my three little side kicks (Sutton James, Cutler Crue & Baker Banks) and fur baby (Theodore), attending siblings' sporting events, and traveling as much as possible.

Kayla has been a registered nurse since 2014. She graduated from Montana State University with her BSN, and immediately moved back to Helena, MT to begin her career. As a new grad, Kayla worked in Med/surg but soon after found her love for Labor and Delivery. "I get to witness a miracle every time I go into work!" When Kayla isn't at The Aesthetic Co, you can find her at the hospital helping women feel strong and empowered through the process of childbirth.

Kayla was born and raised in Helena, MT where she met her husband Kyle, when they were just teenagers. They've since had two children, a daughter named Charlee and a son named Bowden. They love exploring our beautiful state and enjoying all the outdoor activities it has to offer. Kayla loves a good girls trip too, especially the ones that offer relaxation and all the yummy food and drinks! Kayla's favorite part about medical aesthetics is the long term bond she gets to build with her clients. She thinks everyone deserves to feel confident, which is why she is so passionate about helping you look and feel your best.

Derai (Der-ay) has been a registered nurse since 2017 and has been working in the energency room for the past four years. The ER is a great fit for her as she enjoys the hustle-bustle atmosphere as it is often an all hands on deck situation. Working with critical patients has made her learn quickly how to deal with urgent situations

When looking to continuing education and ways to further and improve her nursing skills, she became increasingly interested in the world of aesthetics. She is excited about helping people increase their self-esteem, confidence and meet their aesthetic goals.

Derai is now a certified nurse injector. She is trained in neuromodulators (aka Botox), PRP, B12 and dermal fillers. She has been following and training alongside Kansys, NP. She is excited to continue to learn and expand on her skills.

When Derai isn't in the emergencey room or helping people feel and look their best, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, having barbecues with friends, sporting events and participating in many outdoor activities like camping, biking and traveling. One of her favorite things to do is work in her yard with her two (extremely perfect) Newfies, Moby and Yeti..

Kim has been a registered nurse since 2011, with the majority of her career spent on the medical/surgical floor at one of Oregon's local coastal hospitals. In 2021 she obtained her BSN and has been looking for ways to continue her education since then. Kim has been a client herself at The Aesthetic Co. for a few years and has been so impressed with the outcome and the attention she was provided.

When she is not working, her husband and 5 children keep her occupied. They spend most of their time on the basketball court or baseball fields! They also love to spend time together camping or relaxing by the water.
